Cheesy Bean and Salsa Dip
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/2 cup chunky salsa
  • 1/2 roma tomato, diced
  • 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cook refried beans in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat until hot and bubbly. Add salsa and mix well to combine.
  3. Place 1/2 of the cheese in the bottom of a heat proof bowl or casserole. Pour the bean mixture over the cheese. Top with tomato and remaining cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
