Berry Cheesecake Egg Rolls are a quick and easy snack or dessert for your holiday table. Just three ingredients, and you'll be amazed how they taste!
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 12 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 6 teaspoons Smucker's Fruit & Honey Triple Berry Fruit Spread
  • Cooking spray or vegetable oil, for baking
  • Sugar or powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
  • Sauces for dipping (optional)
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper with point towards you. (It should look like a diamond.) Place 1 Tablespoon cram cheese and 1/2 teaspoon fruit spread in lower corner of wrapper.
  3. Fold bottom over ant tuck in. Fold sides over. Wet the exposed edges of the wrapper with a dmp finger and roll tightly.
  4. Set seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray with cooking spray or brush with oil.
  5. Bake on middle rack of oven for 15 minutes, turning once.
  6. Remove from ofen and place on paper towels to drain.
  7. Serve with chocolate dipping sauce if desired.
